HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Traffic may be heavy around the H-1 Freeway and Manoa area this weekend as the University of Hawaii holds its fall commencement.
The ceremony will take place Saturday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Stan Sheriff Center.
