EWA BEACH (HawaiiNewsNow) – Residents of Kapilina Beach Homes in Ewa Beach say their electricity bills have more than doubled in recent months with some reporting charges exceeding $1,000.
“It’s not fair to none of us that we’re being treated like this,” said resident Suani Bowers. “It’s bullying. It’s bullying and you have to stand up to bullies.”
