The boys were alerted to a missing boater and quickly scoured the waters off East Honolulu before finding and helping Mark Miyashiro.
On Wednesday, Dec. 31, Allen got the chance to reunite with Miyashiro and his family, where he was greeted with leis and gifts, and a recognition message from Mayor Blangiardi.
