HONOLULU (KHON2) — On Friday, the usual trade winds will pick up and bring more rain mostly to windward mauka areas. By Saturday, both the winds and the rain will ease up with mostly cloudy conditions. An area of low pressure will develop northwest of the islands on Sunday then drift southward On Sunday, a developing weather front nearby will shift the winds and bring more clouds, along with a higher chance of rain and thunderstorms for next week.
