Honolulu police are seeking the public’s assistance after a man entered a Waikiki restaurant office on Kalakaua Avenue on December 14, 2025, threatened the manager with a knife, and demanded she open the office safe. During the incident, the manager sustained several lacerations to her chest, and the suspect fled on foot. Police say the case is under active investigation.
According to Hawaii News Now, the suspect used force to pin the manager against a wooden office cabinet and held a knife to her neck and chest while demanding the code to the safe.
