What’s Cooking: King of Thai Boat Noodles expands to Midtown Eats food hall

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A popular Thai restaurant is expanding with a location in the newly opened Midtown Eats food hall at The Park on Keeaumoku.

Chef Anthony Tahng owns King of Thai Boat Noodle House, which has locations on Keeaumoku and Waikiki and now is one of several food stalls inside Midtown Eats. He joined HNN’s Sunrise to showcase his classic pad thai and talk about his love of sharing Thai cooking.

Tahng, considered a master chef of Thai food, says he started his gourmet journey in 1965 and learned that food tasted best when it was prepared and served in a joyous environment.
