HONOLULU (Island News) – The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) is asking for the public’s help in finding a Felony Abuse and Escape suspect.
Tiofilusi Tongamoa, 37, is wanted for Felony Abuse & Escape and is considered to be armed and dangerous, according to HPD on Tuesday.
