HONOLULU (KHON2) — Saturday night, a family-owned food stand was robbed at gunpoint in Waikīkī.
HPD upgrades case, charges woman in Schofield domestic incident
On Jan. 24, around 8 p.m., a 31-year-old woman was closing up her family’s food stand near Holomana Street and Kahanamoku Street when an unknown man approached her from behind, demanding money, according to HPD.
The suspect held the woman at gunpoint with a black handgun equipped with a red laser. The victim handed over a black fanny pack containing cash, officials said.
Once the suspect had the cash, he fled on foot towards the harbor. The suspect was described as a man wearing a ski mask, a gray hoodie and baggy blue jeans…
