Investigators determine cause of Kahala building fire that destroyed dental practice

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Honolulu Fire Department has released new details on the fire at the Kahala office building that destroyed a dental practice last week.

HFD has classified the fire on Kilauea Ave. as accidental and confirms it started from an overloaded surge protector.
