HONOLULU (KHON2) — The morning of Feb. 2, Hawaiian Electric reported more than 12,000 people impacted by dozens of power outages across Oʻahu.
According to HECO’s outage map, the main areas with power loss were Windward and East Oʻahu.

Starting around 6:17 a.m., nearly 3,000 customers were impacted in the Kahaluu, Kaneohe, Temple Valley and Windward Mall area.
