HONOLULU (Island News) — Long lines and weather signs are already visible across the island, prompting many to start preparing.
Rachelle Crispi, who is visiting Hawaii, said, “We were out walking in the pouring rain earlier, so it was getting windy. The wind was picking up.”
That shift in weather has people making last-minute runs for essentials.
Jordan Bibb, a Waikiki resident, said “We’re definitely about to leave from here to go stock up on water, our essentials, our food and for our baby.”…
