WAIMANALO, Hawaii (KHON2) — A 46-year-old woman has died after a serious crash in the Waimanalo area, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
Police said the crash happened on Jan. 29, just after 12:20 a.m. The woman was driving eastbound on Kalanianaole Highway near Bell Street when she veered off the roadway and onto the unimproved shoulder, where she hit a tree.
Emergency Medical Services took her to the hospital in serious condition.
