KANEOHE, Hawaii (Island News) — A 23-year-old man was arrested and charged following a terroristic threatening incident involving a knife in Kaneohe on Monday night.
A 20-year-old man was allegedly threatened by the 23-year-old suspect, Kirtley Choi, with a knife in Kaneohe on Monday night, Feb. 16, according to police. Choi was later arrested on Waikalua Road and taken into custody for first-degree terroristic threatening.
There were no reports of any injuries from the incident…
