Rail construction prompts lane closures along Kamehameha Hwy., Dillingham Blvd.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A four-year-long, 24-hour, seven-day-a-week lane closure will begin next month for more rail work in Kalihi.

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) said closure is part of the City Center Guideway and Stations project, which aims to build three new stations and new sections of guideway.

Work along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard will begin in March and last through December 2030…
