City investigator indicted on charges of obstruction, intimidation, witness tampering

An Oahu grand jury indicted Christopher Moon, 52, on multiple charges — including obstruction, intimidation, and witness tampering — stemming from a 2024 arrest for alleged abuse of a family or household member.
