HONOLULU (KHON2) — As the second Kona storm makes its way through the islands, some parts of Hawaiʻi are seeing heavy flooding while others are seeing sporadic showers.
With the rain comes numerous alerts from the National Weather Service. A Flash Flood Warning is in effect on Oʻahu as the island’s North Shore is hit particularly hard. The warning is in effect until 11 a.m. with the possibility of being extended into the day.
