WAIMANALO, Hawaii (KHON2) — For some Oahu residents, the events of Kona Low 2.0 are just a repeat all over again.
Roads in Waimanalo flooded throughout the day, leaving families at Hui Mahiai Aina dealing with their second flood in just two weeks.
Not a dry road was in sight. Authorities were hard at work monitoring potential stream overflows and watching the roads.
