HONOLULU (KHON2) — Hawaiian Electric will be performing storm-related utility repairs on Monday and Tuesday that will impact Honolulu-bound traffic.
On March 23 and 24, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., there will be a partial closure from Windward Oahu to Kalihi, tapering to a single lane before the Likelike Tunnel, affecting town-bound traffic between mile markers 5.5 to 6.5.
