NORTH SHORE, Oahu (KHON2) — State and federal leaders are mobilizing resources after devastating floods caused widespread destruction across the state, with some of the hardest hit areas on the North Shore.

Homes were swept away, roads damaged and entire communities left digging out from the feet of mud.
On Monday, March 23, Governor Josh Green, along with HI EMA, federal resources, the fire department, EMS and the Department of Transportation walked through Otake amp and saw the devastation up close.
