HONOLULU (KHON2) — As another round of severe weather moves across Hawaiʻi, state agencies are scrambling to shore up roads, monitor dams and stage emergency crews across the islands.

Officials said departments statewide have been preparing since the storm system began affecting residents on Tuesday, April 7.
