HONOLULU (KHON2) — Forecasters say even a small amount of rain could trigger flood warnings, because the ground is so saturated and it won’t take much to create “nuisance” flooding in some parts of the state.
Meanwhile, residents say the recent stream clean-ups have helped, but worry about the future.
