HONOLULU (KHON2) — The team working on demolition of Aloha Stadium made major progress as a large chunk of the stadium was torn down from the rest of the mighty building.
In a new video shared on April 16 from Aloha Halawa District Partners, one of leads on the stadium’s demolition and development, perhaps the most dramatic portion of the deconstruction is now underway.
Exterior demolition began earlier this year, with smaller bits like seats, turf and lockers being the first to exit the stadium.
