HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A Department of Corrections employee who has been charged with fraud and theft pleaded not guilty in court Monday morning during her arraignment.
Julianne Kaniaupio is accused of using her position to steal a credit card from the out-processing paperwork of an inmate at Halawa Correctional Facility who was set to be release.
