Oahu caregiver fined by DOH for leaving clients unattended

WAIPAHU, Hawaii (Island News) — The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) fined a caregiver on Oahu for leaving clients unattended.

The DOH Office of Health Care Assurance (OHCA) issued an order against Reymando Fiesta for leaving clients of the Community Care Foster Family Home (CCFFH) unattended or without a qualified caregiver. Community Ties of America, a contractor of DOH, confirmed that nurse consultants identified the four, unrelated incidents Fiesta is being accused of.
