Suspect accused of fatal Chinatown attack pleads not guilty

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The suspect accused of killing an elderly man in Chinatown last month pleaded not guilty Thursday.

On March 30, Fredrick Hoisington, 52, allegedly kicked Merrill Zundell, 95, on N. King Street in the leg, which caused him to fall and suffer injuries.
