Oahu Choral Society to host free 30th anniversary concert

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Oahu Choral Society is celebrating its 30th Anniversary with a free celebratory concert of repertoire drawn from our past three decades.

Artistic Director Joshua Habermann and Board Chair KeAli’i Becera joined HNN’s Sunrise to talk about the milestone.

The concert will take place at the historic Kawaiahao Church on May 17 at 4 p.m. and feature favorite selections, such as choruses from Orff’s iconic Carmina Burana and Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms to the sublime sounds of Duruflé’s Requiem.
