Storms are moving through the Houston region, and Harris County is under a flash flood warning until 3 p.m., creating the risk of high water on roads for drivers.
Here are some locations to avoid because of high water risks, according to Houston Transtar:
- Ella Boulevard at W. 21st Street
- Clay at Eldridge
- FM 529 near Beltway 8
- Kluge Road and Huffmeister Road in the Cypress area
- Buffalo Bayou near Clinton and Wayside
- Texas 35 near FM 528 in the Alvin area
- The MarBella neighborhood in League City
- Dickinson Bayou at Texas 3
