TEAGUE, Texas — A suspect has been arrested in the investigation into a stolen vehicle in Teague following a chase in Houston, according to police.
The Teague Police Department said officers received a report of a vehicle that had been stolen from within the city limits on Sunday, June 7. Police said the vehicle’s information was entered into the state and national databases and was being monitored by dispatchers from the Teague Police Department and the Freestone County Sheriff’s Office.
Teague Police said the stolen vehicle was found in Houston late on the night of June 7. Houston Police reportedly tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver fled and led officers on a “brief pursuit.”…
