Jury convicts League City man of meth possession with intent to deliver

LEAGUE CITY — A Galveston County jury has convicted a League City man of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, resulting in a 15-year prison sentence, according to the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutors said Cesar Gutierrez Duran Jr. was found guilty Tuesday of possessing more than four grams but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
