A Houston mother says she has spent months trying to obtain her daughter’s autopsy and toxicology records following a fatal shooting, only to be repeatedly denied through the state’s public records process.
Erika Carriere said she wants answers about the death of her daughter, Sierra Reed, who was shot and killed in September 2024.
