A 19-year-old female employee died after a car crashed into the entrance of the Texas bakery where she worked, authorities said.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 30, around 3:11 p.m. local time, at Nothing Bundt Cakes on 19250 W Lake Houston Parkway in Atascocita, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) wrote in an email to PEOPLE.

Authorities said the 77-year-old driver was making a right turn to park outside when his foot “slipped off the brake, and pushed his accelerator.” The front end of the driver’s car then struck the entrance of the bakery…
