According to Houston Police Robbery, detectives posted the images and a short summary on July 1, 2026, noting only the block and date of the holdup. The social media appeal steered would-be tipsters to Crime Stoppers for the reward details and linked out for more case information.
Per Crime Stoppers of Houston, anyone with information can call 713-222-TIPS (8477), use the group’s mobile app, or file a tip online. Tipsters stay anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward of up to $5,000. The organization notes that information has to go directly through its channels to preserve anonymity and keep callers eligible for any payout.
