Crime Stoppers of Houston is putting up a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest, and tips must go straight to the nonprofit for callers to stay anonymous and qualify for payment. The group lists its tipline as 713-222-TIPS (8477) and also takes reports by mobile app and through its online portal, per Crime Stoppers of Houston.
