The Houston area and its surrounding suburbs apparently have one food palate that loves nearly as much as barbecue, steakhouses, and Tex-Mex: brunch. First Watch is looking to capitalize on that with a brand-new location on 288 in the growing city of Manvel.
The brand’s latest brick-and-mortar location will open at 17315 Highway 6, Suite 107 at Manvel Town Center, a commercial lot that currently has a Whataburger, a McDonald’s, an H-E-B, and a recently opened Lowe’s. According to the city’s website, the award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant represents an “$800,000 investment” that will “transform a 4,000 square foot vanilla shell into First Watch’s signature bright and welcoming dining space.”
