Tomball Parkway reopens after vehicle hit overpass, causing concrete debris to fall, Pct. 4 says

All southbound lanes of the Tomball Parkway near Grant Road have reopened after a vehicle hit an overpass on Thursday morning, authorities said.

Update: the freeway has been cleared. Traffic has resumed. Drive safe.

According to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office, all southbound lanes in the 20500 block of Tomball Parkway near Grant Road were initially closed.

Precinct 4 said the unknown vehicle hit the overpass, causing concrete debris to fall onto the roadway…
