A driver is confirmed dead after a crash on Highway 249 at Veterans Memorial in Northwest Harris County, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said on Saturday morning.
Deputies said the two-vehicle crash happened in the 2600 block of West Mount Houston Road and involved a semi-truck and a pickup truck.
