A truck rolled over Tuesday morning and spilled its cargo across the southbound lanes of Loop 610 East at Texas 225.
Harris County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Terry Garza posted on social media that the crash also spilled fuel and oil on the highway. As of 11:45 a.m., only the exit ramp near Manchester was still blocked. Emergency crews were on the scene.
