A GROUP of condo owners have been unable to access their homes for several years, but they still are paying an $800 monthly HOA fee.
The residents in one small community are speaking out against the fees as some have paid a total of $80,000.
In Houston, Texas, at least 11 condo owners at the Bayfront Towers community have been unable to live in their homes since 2021, after a fire damaged several units.
