A crash in Waller injured a construction worker and shut down the eastbound side of U.S. 290 near the Harris County line on Wednesday morning, according to local authorities.
Two construction vehicles and a civilian passenger vehicle crashed at around 10 a.m. roughly a half mile from the FM 362 exit, Waller Police Chief Michael Lopez said. The injured individual was transported to the hospital via LifeFlight but was not in critical condition, Lopez said.
