A pair of new Sprouts Farmers Market locations, in Spring and Hedwig Village, are scheduled to open next year, according to a Bellaire-based developer and local news reports.
Sprouts is set to open in Grand Imperial Marketplace in Spring near the Grand Parkway next fall, and news reports state its Hedwig Village grocery store would open inside the former Kroger on the Katy Freeway. Sprouts has yet to announce a more specific 2027 timeline for the Hedwig Village location and did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Bellaire commercial real estate developer Fidelis announced plans for the Spring grocery store in August, and the location would mark the second in the area, joining another Sprouts on Kuykendahl Road. Construction plans for the Spring store were formalized on Friday with a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
