Houston loves its steakhouses, but how often do you get to sample dishes from more than 25 of the city’s top restaurants in a single night? On Thursday, October 15, DiningOut’s RARE Steak Championship returns to POST Houston in Downtown for its fourth year, bringing together local chefs, sizzling cuts of beef, and a little friendly competition.
The annual event kicks off at 6 p.m., transforming the former Barbara Jordan Post Office into a steak lover’s playground, complete with unlimited tastings, cocktails, live entertainment, and plenty of bragging rights on the line.
The premise is simple: participating restaurants bring their best steak dishes, guests eat their way through the competition, and both professional judges and attendees help decide who comes out on top…
