CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Three Houston residents involved in a December ATM theft in Cheyenne have had their court dates set. The U.S. Attorney’s Office reported Wednesday that Christopher Parish, 41; London Beaudoin, 19; and Leo Smith, 20, all from Houston, were arraigned on Jan. 18. The defendants are charged with bank theft.
