Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen said the alleged crime “turns” his stomach.

“You’re dealing with people at the most vulnerable time of their lives,” he said.

Rosen said families were waiting for funerals to take place, but they never happened.

“Some cases report the disappearance of loved ones’ remains,” Rosen said in a Facebook post .

“My son got killed and for him to come and take advantage of us, that’s not right,” alleged victim Anita Thomas said.
