On January 24, a routine shoplifting call at a Home Depot in Harris County unfolded into a more significant arrest when deputies apprehended a woman with multiple open warrants. Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the call at the home improvement store located in the 20200 block of the North Freeway, where the deputies located the suspect, who was later identified as Crystal Miller.
