HOUSTON – Hundreds of partygoers showed up to a block party near Laura Koppe and Shady Roads Sunday night. Blue and red lights soared through the neighborhood as the police told people to move. Trail riders on horses moved through the streets. ATV’s drove by, making their way through the large crowds of people.
