Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s office have taken a felon back to the slammer after pulling him over for a traffic violation and discovering more than just vehicle infractions. During the stop, which occurred on January 29 in the 14000 block of Ella Boulevard, the driver was identified as one Charlie Sheppard-a name bereits bekannt to law enforcement.
