Dog Rescued by U.S. Coast Guard from shipping container in Texas

In a fortunate turn of events, a group of U.S. Coast Guard members stumbled upon an unexpected finding in Texas earlier this week. At the Bayport Terminal in the Port of Houston, a surprising discovery was made by four marine inspectors from the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston.

While randomly selecting containers for inspection, they were startled by the sounds of barking and scratching emanating from one of the stacked shipping containers.

A female dog was discovered trapped inside a container, stacked 25 feet above the ground. According to the guardsmen, the dog had likely been stuck there for at least a week. The Coast Guard reported that when the container was lowered and the door was opened, a dog unexpectedly emerged.

A young girl found herself trapped inside a container for an extended period of time, enduring fatigue and hunger. However, her spirits were lifted when she was finally discovered and rescued by a group of individuals. In the footage shared by the Coast Guard, the canine appeared to be weak. However, despite her condition, she was still wagging her tail excitedly after being rescued.
