MISSOURI CITY, Texas – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 70-year-old man who went missing from a Missouri City neighborhood. Authorities said Nils Watts was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. Friday in the backyard of a home in the 1400 block of Willow Wisp Drive in the Hunters Park subdivision.
