NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a family reported missing. Police say Ramon Ruiz Crisanto, 31, his wife Steys Yanira David-Funez, 26, and their two children, Jazzlyn Esther Ruiz David, 5, and Dara Ismeray Ruiz David, 2, were reported missing after their move to Houston on Nov. 30, 2023.
