According to Precinct 4 in Harris County, Sergeant Pleytez with Constable Mark Herman’s Office has an adult male under arrest at 900 Prairie Street after a long investigation.
The suspect was alleged to have been recording innocent victims in the restroom of a business by use of a portable recording device. The suspect has been charged with Unlawful Visual Recording and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Reportedly four hours ago Lieutenant Romero conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 700 block of FM 1969 for an illegal Temp Tag.
While looking into the fake license plate the car was discovered to have been reported stolen.
